Breads and Desserts are made completely from scratch
and baked fresh every day with the best ingredients
we can find.

Egg Bread: This is our "white
bread" made with milk, fresh eggs, honey and unbleached
spring wheat flour. Egg Bread dough is the base for many
of our sweet rolls, coffee cakes and dessert items.
Oatmeal Bread: A favorite sandwich bread made with rolled
oats, unbleached spring wheat flour, brown sugar, corn oil, salt
and eggs. It is delicious and nutritious!
Viking Bread: This is our well-known
four-grain bread - full of whole grains including whole wheatberries,
flaxseed, sesame seeds and sunflower seeds. It is made without
eggs or sugar and is an exclusive recipe of Merridee's Breadbasket.
Viking Sticks: We add dates, pecans
and raisins or apricots to our Viking dough for this nutritious
snack.
We also make 100% Whole Wheat Bread, French Bread, Raisin-Cinnamon
Bread, Cinnamon Streusel Bread and a variety of Dinner
Rolls.
Entrée Braids: A beautiful presentation!
We take one of our delicious fillings and our homemade bread,
bake them together in a braided loaf. Great for parties or
business meetings!
Slices easily into 10-12 servings. Available

on Whole Wheat, Ham & Cheese on Oatmeal, Turkey & Honey
Dijon on Oatmeal and Breakfast Braid with scrambled eggs, sliced
ham and white cheddar cheese.

and they are delicious! Chocolate Chess Pecan, Apple

Blueberry, Rhubarb, Blue Ribbon Blackberry, Red Raspberry,
Pumpkin and other seasonal delights.
Gourmet Brownies: Mint Fudge, Chocolate
Raspberry Cream Cheese, Peanut Butter Fudge, Heavenly Hash, Mocha
Fudge, Coconut Fudge, our standard Fudge Brownies and more.
Bar Cookies: Seven Layer, Lemon,
Chess, Butterscotch & Cream Cheese, Date & Oatmeal, Key
Lime, Cherry Cheesecake and a variety of others.
Cookies: Using our favorite old-time
recipes - Chocolate Chip, Peanut Butter, Oatmeal Raisin and
Molasses. We also have Tea Cakes - a southern specialty, similar
to a sugar cookie - absolutely
delicious!
Cakes: Carrot, Deep Dark Chocolate,
Italian Cream and more.
Coffee Cakes: Cinnamon Raisin Rings,
Cinnamon Rounds, Caramel Pecan Rounds, Fruit & Cheese Horseshoes
and Almond Rings.
Individual Pastries: Cinnamon Twists,
