Fudge Brownies: |
1 cup
granulated sugar |
1 cup
all-purpose flour |
1/2 cup softened butter |
1 1/2 cups Hershey's syrup |
4 eggs |

| Cream
sugar and butter together. Add eggs and beat
well. Add remaining ingredients
and pour into greased and floured 9" x 13" pan.
Bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes or until done.
Cool and layer with icing. |
Icing: |
2 cups powered
sugar |
1/2 cup softened
butter |
4 tablespoons
creme de menthe |

with one batch chocolate ganache |

be not only quick and easy – but delicious
as well. |
2 cups chocolate
chips |
6 oz. butter |
Heat
in microwave on power 3 for 8-10 minutes or until
melted evenly. (If melting on top of stove, use
a double boiler.) |
