We start every day with a larder full of sticks of creamy butter, flats of fresh eggs, and bags of flour. Our bakers are at work early each morning, creating the fresh-baked delights for which we are famous. From our delicious homemade artisan bread and savory quiches to our pies, cakes, and other goodies, everything at Merridee’s is crafted to bring cozy comfort and homemade flavor to your table.

Guests keep coming back for our classic chicken salad, made-from-scratch soups, daily quiche special, and sandwiches on our delicious homemade bread. You can order in advance for pick up or let us bring our breakfast trays, fresh sandwiches, made-from-scratch bakery delights, and more to your location. Many items on our menu can be made with gluten-free bread or modified to be gluten-friendly. While we are happy to offer a variety of gluten-friendly menu items, we are not a certified gluten-free kitchen. We take precautions to keep items separate, but we prepare all of our food and baked goods in the same space.

At Merridee’s, we do our best to accommodate dietary needs. We are a small, local bakery, and we prepare all of our food in the same kitchen. Many of our made-from-scratch items contain dairy, eggs, and soy. If you have specific questions about ingredients or preparation, please don’t hesitate to ask—we’re happy to help!

QUICHE: Preheat oven to 350 degrees, place quiche on center rack, and heat for 15-20 minutes or until warmed through.
POT PIE (FROZEN): Preheat oven to 350 degrees, place pie on center rack while still frozen, and bake for 40-45 minutes or until the center is bubbling and the internal temperature is 160 degrees.
POT PIE (THAWED): Preheat oven to 350 degrees, place pie on center rack, and warm for 20-25 minutes or until internal temperature is 160 degrees.
PIES: Preheat oven to 350 degrees, place pie on center rack, and heat for 10-15 minutes until the desired warmth is reached.
